The brief

from a Medical Aid brokerage company

Joanne needed a CRM system for her team to manage their client records as well as Medical Aid and Gap Cover queries.

The CRM was linked to her Client Sharepoint respository which in turnsyncs up each client folder to the client record.

The team is also able to now track medical aid/gap cover claim queries and maintain notes for reference purposes.

Automation was added to their CRM that automatically sends birthday greeting emails to clients on their birthdays.

Bulk emailing functionality was added to email clients on selected Medical Aid and Gap Cover plans.

Brett reached out to us to build a CRM for his team that would track their clients’ Income Tax journeys from document collection to submission outcome.

Automation was set up to streamline his client take-on process by seamlessly distributing data from the take-on form directly into the CRM.

We also streamlined the document collection process with automated emails that collect and store document attachments in the client’s Sharepoint folder,
thereby reducing the team’s admin workload.

The CRM featured auto-filled due-date fields populated according to set date intervals.
It also included automated MS Teams notifications highlighting the client tax deadlines of each day.

Barbara needed a CRM that would accurately manage detailed patient records and more importantly to track their examination results.

We also reduced admin time by creating automated examination certificates that embed patient data into pre-designed Microsoft Word templates – all on demand.

Finally, we created intelligent reports on patient data by leveraging the power of Power BI embeeded right into the CRM. This gave the team powerful insight into patient demographics as well as health trends.
